Dental Designs has been recruiting “gems” all these years and Keila has been one of them. A proud mother that would spend her Sundays in her cozy home with her husband and kids free of guilt, because she is aware of the importance of spending time with the family.

Her career started when she decided to step up and show extraordinary skills for finances and attention to detail in the dental field. Her dream of becoming a doctor is close enough now that she was recently promoted to Fort Myers Office Manager.

Her relationship with the doctors at the office has given her the respect and even the clinical skills she was dreaming about one day. You can find her flying from the front desk area to the coordinators’  room or any other assistant operatory, making sure her staff members can perform accordingly with quality time. Her early morning routine as a Manager can be challenging being a mother of two toddlers, but full of satisfaction and passion for what she does best: Be present for her employees and ready to run the best day ever!
